I was very satisfied with Rekolux. I hired the company for a complete renovation of an apartment in an old apartment building in Prague 6. Mr. Kupar and his colleagues are true professionals, they are precise, fast and work cleanly. Mr. Kupar solved the unexpected problems that arose during the reconstruction immediately, he always looked for the best solution and at the same time gave me a calm impression, which gave me positive energy as an investor. We chose Rekolux based on references from other customers and after a personal meeting with Mr. Kupár. Six months after the completion of the complete renovation of the old four-room Vinohrady apartment, we are extremely satisfied. Two days after the initial inspection of the apartment, Mr. Kupár provided a detailed budget, which he adhered to for four months and which was accepted by the bank when granting the loan. Rekolux supplied all the necessary construction work, including the in-depth replacement of the floor and the overhaul of the old casement windows. We were left with the choice of kitchen, bathroom, parquet and doors, for which Rekolux mediated significant discounts from the list prices, approx. 30-35%. In addition to the work on the apartment, Rekolux managed to completely replace the water and sewer risers and gas distribution in the old brick apartment building for SVJ. We definitely recommend Rekolux and Mr. Kupár. MH

With the company Rekolux, I went through a difficult reconstruction of a duplex apartment in Prague 6. The reconstruction dragged on due to covid and many difficulties caused by the original low-quality construction. We successfully overcame most of the problems with the company, even though it sometimes looked like we were building a completely new apartment instead of a renovation. They always took a constructive approach to the problems that arose and brought solutions. They have quality professions and can be relied on. Their goals include customer satisfaction, which is still not a given these days. Dealings with the director of the company, Mr. Kupar, were always fair and helpful; if the company made a mistake, they corrected it. Of course, the long reconstruction is also demanding for the other residents of the house, and the company is aware of this fact (we were able to solve the unpleasant situations that occasionally occurred together). I recommend Rekolux for the above. From my own experience, I would recommend relying on their subcontractors as well, because where I took care of something myself, there was usually a time discrepancy and often construction delays.

I would like to recommend the company RekoLux for the reconstruction of apartments or houses. The RekoLux company was quite helpful in everything and everything we agreed on was the way it was. As we were worried about our future housing, we also had our own construction supervision, which was no obstacle for the company, on the contrary, they were happy. The reconstruction was completed on time according to the contract, and our construction supervisor said: "I would like to criticize them, but I have nothing to do..." for which we were very happy. Working with the RekoLux company was very nice and pleasant. I would say that even for today's price conditions, they are one of the cheaper ones and the quality is still at a high level.
