Our company had the honor of reconstructing the apartment of the former architect Ing. Zdenka Kuny. An above-standard apartment solution with a layout of 5 + 1 was created by connecting two apartments.
The reconstruction began with the evacuation of the apartment from old furniture. Subsequently, all demolition work was performed.
After the evacuation, we made new wiring in the whole apartment according to valid standards. Subsequently, the ceiling was lowered using plasterboard, the walls were reinforced with bead and the final plaster was applied. In the bathrooms, we completely wrapped the plaster and leveled the walls at a right angle, all for easier and perfect cladding. Before laying the floor covering, we leveled the entire apartment with a self-leveling trowel with a high load.
The investor chose to lay a parquet floor with a finished surface. The apartment was painted with water-resistant, abrasion-resistant Primalex ESSENCE paint.
We were very amused by this project and we remained good friends with the investor.
Reconstruction implementation time 86 days.
