Daleko hor\u0161\u00ed<br>jsou nedostatky v kvalit\u011b pr\u00e1ce a hlavn\u011b podhodnocen\u00e9 rozpo\u010dty. Spousta \u0159emesln\u00edk\u016f<br>inzeruje dumpingov\u00e9 ceny, kter\u00fdm zaveden\u00e9 firmy t\u011b\u017eko mohou konkurovat. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zde<br>v\u0161ak nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na tvrdou realitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1loha dop\u0159edu a prodra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rozpo\u010dtu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm pozn\u00e1vac\u00edm znakem nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zaveden\u00fdch firem je vy\u017eadov\u00e1n\u00ed vysok\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy. \u010casto<br>mus\u00edte zaplatit alespo\u0148 50% ceny zak\u00e1zky dop\u0159edu. To je pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka. Bez dlouhodob\u00e9<br>praktick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti je slo\u017eit\u00e9 ohodnotit z\u00e1kladn\u00ed dva parametry, kter\u00fdmi jsou \u010dasov\u00e1<br>n\u00e1ro\u010dnost prac\u00ed a n\u00e1roky na materi\u00e1l. Ty se toti\u017e li\u0161\u00ed nejen podle rozsahu zak\u00e1zky ale<br>nap\u0159\u00edklad i v z\u00e1vislosti na druhu \u010di st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed budovy.<br>Zak\u00e1zka u levn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u0159emesln\u00edk\u016f se v\u00e1m tak ve v\u00fdsledku m\u016f\u017ee prodra\u017eit \u010dasov\u011b i finan\u010dn\u011b.<br>Oboj\u00ed je nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u0159adu komplikac\u00ed.<br>Tak\u00e9 na\u0161e firma s t\u00edm m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, jeliko\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 zpackan\u00e9 konkuren\u010dn\u00ed zak\u00e1zky<br>zachra\u0148ujeme nakonec my.
